BALI FAMILY FINDS – eSIM TERMS & CONDITIONS 4.1 Service Providers Our eSIM products are supplied through licensed telecommunications wholesalers. Network performance, activation success, and coverage are determined by the underlying carrier. 4.2 Compatibility & Activation • Users must confirm device eSIM compatibility before purchase. • Once activated or once data has been used, eSIM purchases become non-refundable. • Setup steps may vary depending on the carrier. 4.3 Data Speeds & Coverage Coverage and speeds depend on: • local tower availability • network congestion • regional carrier infrastructure • device performance We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 4.4 Cancellations • Cancellations are possible within 180 days, provided no data has been used and the eSIM remains unactivated. • After activation, no cancellations are allowed unless required by applicable law. 4.5 Support Our support team provides first-level troubleshooting and escalates to the wholesale provider if needed.
